- You are responsible for your sign-in and for using the platform only for approved business work.
- Features may change, and access may be suspended where security, compliance or operations require it.
1About these terms
These terms govern your use of RTG Pulse, an internal platform of Rainbow Tourism Group Limited ("RTG"). It is provided for authorised business use only.
They apply to everyone who signs in. Other RTG services have their own terms and notices.
2Eligibility and access
- You may use RTG Pulse only if RTG has approved your account and given you valid sign-in details.
- What you can see and do depends on the access RTG has given you. Do not try to use access that has not been given to you.
- Keep your sign-in details confidential, do not share them, and do not leave a signed-in session unattended.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless you have reported it as compromised.
- Tell your manager or system administrator straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account.
3Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate RTG business that you are authorised to do.
- Do not try to reach data, accounts or permissions you are not authorised to use.
- Do not upload malware, malicious code, or content that breaks the law, RTG policy or the rights of others.
- Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or otherwise interfere with the service.
- Do not use another person’s account.
4Your records and data
The information you enter becomes part of RTG’s business records.
- Keep what you submit accurate, complete and up to date.
- Only enter personal information about other people that you need for your work.
- Treat all information in the platform as confidential and share it only with people who are entitled to it.
- Records, approvals and audit trails may be stored, reviewed and used for operational, compliance and legal purposes.
- RTG decides how long records are kept and who may see them.
5Approvals and audit trail
- Actions you take, including approvals and sign-offs, are recorded against your account with the time.
- Only approve or sign off something that is within your authority and that you have checked.
- Changes to important records are logged so they can be traced.
6Automated assistance
Where the platform offers automated assistance, its answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.
- Check important information against its source before you rely on it.
- It is not a substitute for your own judgement, professional advice or RTG policy.
- Do not use it to try to get information outside your access.
7Security and monitoring
To protect RTG and its people, sign-ins and activity on the platform are logged and may be monitored and reviewed.
Information you download or export must be kept secure and shared only with people who need it.
8Service changes and availability
- RTG may add, change, restrict or remove features at any time to keep the service secure, reliable and useful.
- We aim for the platform to be available when you need it, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- Planned maintenance, outages, problems with your connection or events outside our control may affect access.
9Suspension and termination
- Your access may be suspended or withdrawn if RTG no longer authorises your account, your role changes, your employment or contract ends, or these terms are broken.
- RTG may suspend access immediately where needed to protect security, data or the business.
- When access ends, records you created stay with RTG, and some information may remain in backups, audit logs or legal-retention systems as policy or law requires.
10Disclaimers and limits
- To the fullest extent the law allows, RTG Pulse is provided “as available”, without promises of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The platform is a business tool. It does not replace professional judgement, legal advice or the terms of your employment or contract.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11Changes to these terms
RTG may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using RTG Pulse after an update, you accept the updated terms.
12Questions and reporting a problem
If you have questions about these terms, need your access changed, or want to report a security concern or misuse of the platform, speak to your line manager or contact your RTG system administrator.
By signing in to RTG Pulse you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them.
